What’s included in your membership
Our annual dental membership includes all the essentials for a healthy smile:
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 2 fluoride treatments (no age limit)
- Comprehensive exam and periodic exams
- Panoramic and bitewing x-rays
- Emergency oral exam ($50 copay)
- Whitening kit at sign-up, plus 1 free refill each year

Membership Plan Pricing
Choose the plan that works best for your needs:
Standard Membership
(2 cleanings/year):
- $350/year for a single adult
- $325/year for each additional adult (14+)
- $275/year for each child under 14
Periodontal Membership
(For patients with gum disease):
- $475/year for a single adult
- $450/year for each additional adult (14+)
Please note: All members must live in the same household. Plans are active for one year from the date of purchase. Full payment is due prior to any treatment.
