Shannon
Office Manager
“I work at the front desk greeting patients with a smile. I make it my goal for you to feel at home and comfortable in our lovely office. I have been in the dental field for over 8 years, and I love using that knowledge to help each patient achieve their optimal dental care experience. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my beautiful daughter, Madison, as well as with my dog, Kalvin. I enjoy doing fun activities with friends and family.”
Laura
Treatment Coordinator
“As the treatment coordinator, it’s my joy to help each patient understand their proposed treatment plan and to get them scheduled promptly. With almost 9 years in the dental field, I enjoy using my skills to help each patient to the fullest, so everyone leaves with a clear understanding of their treatment, as well as a smile. I am a native of Southern Oregon, and in my spare time, I enjoy getting outside with my family, gardening, and crafting. I love having the opportunity to get to know every one of our amazing patients, and I look forward to meeting you!”
Kelly
Insurance Coordinator
“Hi, my name is Kelly. I was a dental assistant for over 30 years, and now I am working as the RVDC Insurance Coordinator. Verifying your insurance information and coverage as well as answering any questions you may have about your insurance is my main goal to help ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.
My favorite activity is being outdoors with my husband and family. During the warm weather, I enjoy camping and kayaking, as well as having friends gathered around our firepit. I love creating things for the people I care about to enjoy and have branched out recently into woodworking. Whether it’s a cutting board, a jewelry box, or an amazing glass-beaded frame, each project makes me smile. I’m excited to see you and look forward to helping in any way I can.”
Kathy
EFDA, Dental Assistant
“I am a compassionate, kind, and fun person. I love working with my patients to help them feel at ease and comfortable with the treatment they are getting. Working with Dr. Taucher and Dr. Burnham has been wonderful. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing outdoor activities. And spending time with our precious granddaughter.”
Lori
RDH, Dental Hygienist
“I have worked here as a registered dental hygienist for 12 years. This has given me enough time to get to know my patients and detect subtle changes in their mouths over time. I love educating my patients on how to improve their overall health. Making that connection is important, and I love getting people excited about improving their teeth and gums! At home, I live with my husband, Phil, our two children, Anna and Ben, and our dog Mazy. My family and I like to hike and camp together!”
Denise
RDH, Dental Hygienist
“Welcome! I’m Denise, and I’ve worked as a registered dental hygienist for 13+ years. One of my favorite aspects of being a hygienist is the opportunity to educate our patients and help them prevent dental issues with proper at-home care. I moved from the East Coast to Southern Oregon 35 years ago and couldn’t be happier. While I enjoy being outside in the sun on the occasional hike, my main passions are Disney and College sports. I used to play baseball in high school, and that joy and enthusiasm has never left me. I look forward to getting to talk with all of our patients at each visit and value the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships.”
Jessica

I look forward to working with you along your journey to optimal oral health and full-body wellness! When I am not working I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and relaxing with my friends and family.”
Lindsey
EFDA, Dental Assistant
“I have been a dental assistant for 11+ years and enjoy all aspects of dentistry and patient care. Working with the team at RVDC is fun and rewarding. I am a mother of 2 boys and a bird and enjoy spending time with family. I love to travel, read, and sew. I look forward to providing the best care possible and putting my patients at ease in the dental office.”
Glenda
EFDA, Dental Assistant
“Hi, I’m Glenda and I’ve been an EFDA certified dental assistant for over 30 years! With a passion for dentistry and being a lifelong native of Southern Oregon, I love having the opportunity to help those in our community with their dental needs. I understand that not everyone loves going to the dentist, so I want to make your experience here a great one. In my spare time, I enjoy crafting and gardening, as well as spending time with my adorable black lab. I look forward to seeing you here!”
Cherise
EFDA, Dental Assistant
“Hi there! I have been an EFDA-certified dental assistant for 21 years, and a resident of Southern Oregon for 29 years. My favorite thing about being an assistant is the opportunity to build relationships with our patients. Making you feel like family when you are here is my number one goal, and being given the opportunity to work in an environment where everyone else feels that way too is a wonderful thing!
When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my 2 children. I can’t get enough of the bright sunshine our valley offers. Some of my favorite activities are camping, fishing, gardening, and having BBQs with friends and family. On the days when the refreshing rain keeps us indoors, you’ll find me watching true crime documentaries curled up with the animals. I look forward to getting to know all of you!”
Saysha
Sterile Technician
“Hello, I’m Saysha! I’m the team’s Sterile Technician, meaning it’s my job to make sure all the dental instruments used are clean and sterile for each patient’s visit. I have lived in the area my entire life with my parents and 15 siblings. I recently graduated from a local art school where I was able to explore my passion, especially watercolor painting. My favorite way to spend time when not creating art is to be outdoors in Rogue Valley enjoying the sunshine and hiking. Let me know if you have any good hiking trails I should try out!”
Danica
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
“Hello! I have been an EFDA certified dental assistant for 14 years and a resident of SO Oregon for 24! My favorite thing about being an assistant is patient care; making you feel like family when you are here is my number one goal, and being given the opportunity to work in an environment where everyone else feels that way too is a wonderful thing! Originally from Southern California one of my favorite ways to spend time when not helping patients is to visit the ocean and family as often as I can. I also enjoy time spent with my 2 children, my dogs, and my friends. As an avid runner I welcome any suggestions for local trails and look forward to talking to you when you come in!”
Florinda
Dental Hygienist
“I am a seasoned Bilingual dental hygienist. I have been involved in dentistry for 20+ years. Starting out as a dental assistant, and then working as part of a traveling or flying dental team. I participated in multiple mission trips to Honduras, Central America, and Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. Wanting to do more for my patients, I went back to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. Also, I worked as a part-time adjunct instructor in the dental hygiene program atOregon Tech in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
I truly enjoy the clinical and educational aspect of oral hygiene. I like to share with every patient the importance of their personal dental hygiene and with gentle persuasion convince them to take control of their daily hygiene regimen. I feel that it is very important to give individualized education to each patient in order for them to have the ability to see and track their success and improvement.
I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy jewelry making and design. I love traveling, as well as learning about and experiencing different cultures.”

“This is the BEST office I’ve ever been to! I have had a fear of dentists in the past and have tried several. Dr. Taucher is patient, kind, and exceedingly gentle. He’s helped me with cavities, replacing old fillings, root canals, crowns, & teeth whitening. His staff is kind, efficient, and beyond helpful!”
“Every single staff member at this office is AMAZING and very CARING! Honest, hard-working, straightforward, and amazing customer service. I had full upper extractions and dentures made here, and I can’t express enough how wonderful everyone was through the whole process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for ANY dental needs.”
“Dr. Taucher is fantastic — and all of the work he has done so far has been meticulous, pain-free, and never-rushed. He always takes time to explain what is going on, but also to talk through my dental plan in detail and answer any questions.”
